Audit of HACCP System

HACCP will take time to implement. In our experience in can take up to two years to fully implement a HACCP system, however, you should not leave it to the end to review the implementation of the system.

An audit of your HACCP system should take place on a regular basis but especially in the first six months of implementation. This ensures that all prerequisites are in place, all elements of the HACCP system are designed, implemented, monitored and recorded as outlined by the FSAI and Food Safety legislation.
